Free Tamil Software:
Google Transliteration IME
Two Step process:
1. Source of Software Link http://www.google.com/ime/transliteration/
2. Choose Your IME Language --> Tamil -->Download
Installation Process (Windows Xp):
1. Open Control Panel --> Select Regional and Language Options
2. Click Language Tab, Choose Text Services and Input languages(Details) --> Click Advanced Tab
3. System Configuration --> Select Turn off advanced text services --> (Ok)
4. Now Click Settings Tab. Preference -->Click Language Bar--> Select how the Language bar on the desktop --> Ok.
5. Now we want add Tamil language so click Installed services --> Add --> list of Input languages: select Tamil Language
6. Next select Keyboard layout/IME --> Click Google Tamil Input --> ok.
7. EN (or) TA Symbols will be display in Task bar right hand side.. Tamil typing just click TN thats all.
